Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, is an actor most well-known for her role as Bo on The Showcase show Lost Girl. Silk is an actress from Canada who was born in Fredericton New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk are the parents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director. She also is a drama teacher at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her earliest memories of childhood, like taking part in rehearsals of plays. Silk was a part of numerous commercials for kids. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged two plays in the early years: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk was moved to Toronto Canada in the fall of 1999, to keep acting. After that, she relocated to Los Angeles California during the next decade. Seth Cooperman is her future spouse, whom she met at the time of her meeting in Los Angeles at an Actors workshop. In 2009, they were married civilly in December 2009. The couple renewed their vows on April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton in the aftermath of Silk's converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's son was born May 2013, a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron is her second son, born on the 13th of May 2016. Silk's work on television includes her role in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland for which she won an Gemini Awards nod in 2009. Her most notable role was as Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus on the television show Lost Girl. Silk revealed to her followers that she was pregnant in January 2013 during the Showcase Season Three Special. Silk tweeted on June 20, 2013 to announce that she is ready to resume working.
